Kayaking

Today, I took an adaptive kayaking course and Rhonda was allowed to join. It was held in an indoor pool in Seven Hills. The instructors were kind and helpful getting me in and out of the kayak. They attached outriggers to the back of the kayak to give me balance. They also attached a pole to hold my paddle so I didn’t have to endure the weight. It pivots in the middle to allow movement left and right.

Rhonda and I went to eat at a great restaurant called Bonchon… Asian fusion. It’s so good. What a great day!
